The Fire has appeared in my paintings for a long time. First, as warm light, as if reflected from behind the edge of the painting. Initially distant, with time the warm light became clearer and at some point, it appeared as the fire in its true form. This is probably my nature, that I like to alternate extremes and jump from the theme of fire to water and back in my work.
Ogień już od bardzo dawna pojawiał się w moich obrazach. Najpierw jako ciepłe światło, odbite jakby zza krawędzi obrazu. Początkowo odległe, z czasem ciepłe światło stawało się coraz wyraźniejsze, aby w pewnym momencie pojawiać się już jako ogień w prawdziwej postaci. Taka już chyba moja natura, że lubię przeplatać skrajności i skakać z motywu ognia na wodę i z powrotem, w mojej twórczości.
