She paused her walk for a moment, completely lost in her thoughts, maybe leaned against a tree, feeling that she is calming down, aligning her breath with the breath of nature and finding a brief connection with the forest in an almost ideal symbiosis.
Apparently, it took only a second, but it could easily last for centuries. Maybe this is a statue, the only proof left behind some long ago forgotten civilization, which survived alone, in the middle of the woods?
She is not lost and unproductively frozen, not in a vegetation state. Something happens at the cellular level. Maybe some little spiders weave their networks or mysterious cells continue their secret cosmic action connecting her to the forest?
Or maybe it is a fairy tale’s good witch who has just recharged her batteries?
The only thing we are sure of, is that something wonderful is happening here.
